Psychotherapist, LMSW
I work with adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, life transitions, and identity shifts, and hold space for those seeking to reconnect with their body, reclaim their voice, and rediscover a sense of safety, purpose, and aliveness.
About My Work
My practice centers on helping adults heal from childhood and relational trauma, attachment and self-worth struggles, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from body and intuition.
My goal is to create a space that integrates emotional, somatic, and spiritual dimensions of healing to support you in rebuilding trust within yourself and others. Together we’ll work towards a sense of wholeness, peace, and aliveness.
My Approach
My approach blends evidence-based practice with the wisdom of the body and spirit. I draw from:
Focusing-Oriented Therapy and the Felt Sense
Somatic and Mindfulness-Based Work
Inner Child and Attachment Healing
Existential and Relational Therapy
Trauma-Informed Practices
I approach each person with curiosity and compassion, holding space for both the pain of the past and the potential for profound growth and self-discovery.
Healing Together
This journey is a process of remembering and returning to the parts of you that long to be witnessed, understood, and embraced. Together we can work to reduce emotional distress, repair patterns rooted in trauma and attachment, and support your ability to live with greater ease and authenticity.
