All Parts of You Are Welcome Here.
You are not too much. You are not broken. You are not behind.
You are worthy of being witnessed in your fullness - your grief, rage, joy, wisdom, and dreams.
Let’s slow down.
Let’s listen to your body.
Let’s make space for what’s ready to be held.
You Are the Healer.
Therapy is not about fixing you - it’s about helping you connect with your innate wisdom and to remember the wholeness that has always lived inside of you. I believe healing is about reclaiming your voice, body, energy, and joy.
This is your space to feel, unravel, rebuild, and rise.
Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
In our 1:1 sessions, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Our connection and your sense of safety are at the heart of the therapeutic process.
I work at the intersection of body-based healing, spiritual reconnection, and liberation-focused care. My approach is an integrative framework that blends: somatic experiencing, relational and experiential practices, and spiritual and energetic healing to support the mind-body-spirit.

If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for a possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits, so I recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.

Yes, I accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Care Network, BCBS, Blue Cross Medicare Plus Blue, Medicare, Optum, Priority Health, and United and UMR. Insurance can be a helpful way to make therapy more accessible. Most plans require a mental health diagnosis for coverage and may set limits on the number or type of sessions approved. I encourage you to check your benefits with your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage.
Self pay is also an option, and can allow for greater flexibility and privacy. No diagnosis is required, and together we decide the focus, frequency, and length of sessions without restrictions from insurance. Many clients appreciate this option for the freedom and confidentiality it provides.
If I am not in-network with your plan, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits, so I recommend checking with your provider to confirm eligibility.
