As a therapist and space holder, I center my work on being present with individuals who are experiencing their darkest moments, navigating life transitions and changes in what they once knew to be true, awakening to parts of themselves they never realized existed, and learning to come home to themselves and embrace their aliveness in a new way.
As a dreamer, as well as a creative, introspective, intuitive, and highly-sensitive person myself, I understand that healing can come in many different art forms. While I’ve been trained in a multitude of therapeutic clinical modalities, I hold a deep respect for the human body in its entirety and believe that it is often telling us exactly what we need - whether that be through music, movement, various artistic expressions, spending time in nature, mindfulness/meditation, using our voice, a supportive community, energy healing, or coming into relationship with our spiritualism - if it has the space and permission.
The path to healing and unraveling our inner world can be an extremely lonely, disheartening, and isolating road, and although doing this work by ourselves is sometimes necessary, I believe that healing in relationship and community with others is also needed on this journey. We’re all learning to navigate the human experience and this thing called life in our own way, but you don’t have to do it alone.
